The Gundam Wing Doujinshi of MELT DOWN

MELT DOWN--known earlier as BREAK DOWN--was the circle of Reku ("Rec") Fuyunagi and Sakurako Gokurakuin, with each usually contributing separate manga stories to each book. MELT DOWN tilted the spotlight onto a variety of Gundam Wing main characters--sometimes in deliciously drawn, serious stories; other times in gleefully twisted vignettes!

Fuyunagi-san went on to draw the two-part Gundam Wing story "Ground Zero," which was published in the August 1998 and September 1998 issues of Kadokawa Shoten's manga monthly Fantasy DX. The two-parter was collected with a new, related story, "In Rose," in Kadokawa Shoten's single-volume Asuka Comics DX tankobon Gundam Wing (ISBN 4-04-853019-4), in December 1998.

With Mihoho Izayoi, Fuyunagi-san has the circle RAYTREC--which has also produced doujinshi for such anime series as Evangelion and Turn A Gundam--and the homepage BRAIN WAVE.
